- Kanha National Park accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Direct Deposit as forms of payment and kindly make payment only in company accounts.
- Travelers can pay 100% amount to confirm the booking and enjoy more discount benefits.
- The Safari zones, and FRHs are in very remote area with limited facilities of stay and food. Resorts also has most of limitation (weak or no Mobile network, electricity disturbance etc), inspite of better facilities than FRH.
- While entering you room, always check corners, beds etc, some insect like spider may disturb you. So be patience and inform your attendant. Pickup or drop charges will be extra, until or unless included in package
- Permits once generated are not transferable of shifted to another dates. In this case on cancellation of tour (what so ever reason), no payment will be refund.
- Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable.
- Carry your regular medicine or general medicine if required in unavoidable circumstances. Nearest medical facility is available only at Kotdwar city.
- Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
- Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
- In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
- Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- Safari during Rainy (Monsoon) days: June, July, August, September have some days when there is unexpected rains or heavy rains. Safari will be subjected to permission by forest authority, even you have entry permit for that day. Security comes first in all respect. If it is cancelled in such situation, no refund, shifting is possible in any circumstances. Kindly excuse us, we are unable to entertain in this regard.
